After his first experience with a yoga DVD borrowed from the local library, Brandon was hooked. So hooked, in fact, that he spent the next year doing some type of yoga six days per week, and forcing himself to touch the weights as infrequently as possible. Combined with discovering kettlebells, he finally found a much better balance between strength training and yoga practice, and is more than happy to spread the good news of a consistent yoga practice to others.
Brandon is a personal trainer, yoga practitioner, kettlebell enthusiast, and soon-to-be-first-time-father.
