Daniel R. Treccia is a retired professional baseball outfielder and N.S.C.A. Strength & Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) who spent four seasons competing in the American Association with the Grand Prairie AirHogs and Sioux Falls Canaries, in Canada's independent Intercounty Baseball League with the Guelph Royals, Burlington Bandits, and London Majors, as well as signed contracts with the Hawaii Stars in the North American League (injury) and the Trinidad Triggers in the Pecos League (requested release). He overcame five orthopedic surgeries in his last two years of college at Benedictine University to make it against the odds to professional baseball while completing his B.A. in Social Sciences with a minor in Psychology in 2014.
Dan has been researching, designing, and implementing his strength, speed, and agility programs on himself and clientele since 2012. He believes in a strong foundation of strength and conditioning for any athlete in any sport. Dan has coached I.H.S.A. high school baseball in Illinois and collegiately over the summer in Canada.
Dan has written programs and an e-Book featured on Breaking Muscle, as well as for collegiate baseball players at Southwest Minnesota State University and Hendrix College. Currently he is working as a Sports Performance Coach and power hitting/throwing velocity instructor in suburban Chicago, Illinois.
