Doug is an exercise expert whose passion originates from a life transformation due to losing 100 pounds. He holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kentucky, as well as USAW and CSCS certifications. Doug has programmed for and coached high school, tactical, and D1 athletes; designed and implemented exercise programs for special populations; taught strength and conditioning at the collegiate level; and worked in several capacities with corporate wellness.
While pursuing his own personal fitness goals and growing a sweet beard, he currently works well over full time at a camp school for troubled boys, using non-punitive relationship-based wilderness therapy to change their trajectory in society. He happily offers personal and/or fitness programming and coaching.
