The final week of my 5-week sandbag training program includes 10 totally challenging workouts. I want to make sure you've got everything you need to build your performance through using sandbags.
We've talked about a lot of serious training with the sandbag the last few weeks. Now it's time for fun. Really. Now it's time to incorporate some play and adventure into our sandbag training.
