Mitch Calvert holds a degree in communications, is a certified trainer and fat-loss coach, and his blog was ranked as one of the top ten fitness blogs by Breaking Muscle in 2013. He discovered his love for fitness while slaving away as a 240lb  line cook in university and has dedicated the last thirteen years of his life to fitness – the last five of which have been in a coaching capacity.
