Molly Larson is a natural bikini professional, powerlifter, competition prep coach, and freelance writer. She is also an entrepreneur with ties to multiple fields within the fitness and health community. Her coaching focuses not only on physical health, but also mental health. She has competed for 4 years, beginning with NPC before switching to NANBF, and then turning pro in 2013. Last year, she won the overall title at the IFPA Pro North American. Her training includes powerlifting and compound movements, as well as accessory work for a balanced physique. She follows an IIFYM nutrition plan with a strong emphasis on healthy, nutrient rich foods, but will never shy away from the occasional donut or cookie.
