Tom Hodgson is a fitness writer and enthusiast. He grew up in an environment rich in sport and adventure: weightlifting, martial arts, cycling, and rock climbing were always around, and each of those elements stuck with him through to adulthood. He is now a keen CrossFitter, weightlifter, and obstacle racer. If he has the chance, he’ll drop into the occasional BJJ, MMA or yoga class.
Tom got started in the fitness industry by writing newsletters for a well-known fitness club chain in the UK. He currently acts as Editor for the ProBikeKit blog, where he applies his belief of a holistic, natural approach to training and physical fitness to cycling and endurance sports.
With a firm belief in training and relaxing the mind as much as the body, when he’s not training or writing about physical development, you’ll find Tom writing about film and literature, buying records and hiking up mountains in North Wales.
