Here is the sequence you'll be working:
- Seated ankle circles
- Figure of four stretch
- Shoulder twist
- Shoulder "S"
- Cobra with twist
- Downward dog
- Hip flexor lunge and twist
- Squat
- Hip flexor lunge
- Squat
- Hip and hamstring stretch
