Welcome to season two of Virtuosity, featuring gymnastics expert Coach Dusty Hyland. Virtuosity, in gymnastics, means going above and beyond - exceptional movement, performance, and position.

 

Season two is all about handstands and handstand walking, and this week Dusty starts with basic handstand position. He will cover basic drills for hollow position and other ways to practice proper position without actually being in a handstand.
