I find the lower body stuff works well, but never thought that the upper body items worked. They just don't seem to be able to get the same compressive effect in the torso you can get for the limbs. So perhaps arm sleeves are decent, but shirts seem to be a waste based on my study of me. But definitely worth buying tights and socks at least if you do lower body strength and/ or running.
what kind of training do you do? in what ways do you feel compression gear helps you?
