Typical breakfast/lunch
Hi I'm new to all this and wondered if most of you follow a paleo type lifestyle food-wise? I've been reading some of Mark Sisson's stuff and am interested in what you fit folks eat. Smile Thank you!!

RE: Typical breakfast/lunch
Hi Angie - thanks for the post! I don't eat breakfast most days, as I try to stick to an intermittent fasting schedule. So, typically (if I'm behaving myself), I eat between 12pm - 8pm.

I do on weekends sometimes eat earlier, as a treat, or to power up for a workout. I typically limit starchy carbs to only post-workout meals, so breakfast for me looks like eggs, meat, veggies and once in a while fruit.

Hey Angie. I usually eat quality bacon and eggs with veggies mixed in. About 3 hours later I drink a shake at work in between patients...my shake is made in my magic bullet and usually contains coconut milk, almond butter, cocao powder, bananas, some greens or fruits. Lunch is usually grassfed meat of some sort with veggies. Dinner is usually a little less but fish or red meat.

RE: Typical breakfast/lunch
Well i have made my own diet plan,Like i prefer having something light and clean and that works for me i mean something which contain low calories and fats.
I sometimes skip my dinner or lunch because that is always a way to decrease the amount of calories.I love taking vegetables and fruits.
