Nutrition can have a big impact on recovery after birth. This postpartum smoothie is packed full of vital nutrients required for optimal birth recovery and breastfeeding.

Ingredients:

  • 5 moist organic medjool dates
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut manna
  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 frozen avocado, chopped

 

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend to desired consistency.
