Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

2x5 Bodyweight Turkish Get Ups
2x20 Swings

 

3x8 Explosive Push Ups
3x8 per side Underneath Lunges
3x8 High Pulls per side

 

3x6 Single Arm Row
3x8 Sumo Squats
3x10 Push Press

 

3x20sec Side Crunches
3x20 sec Up Chucks
