Kettlebell Workout - Day 2

 

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

3x20 sec Bodyweight Squats
3x20 sec Push Ups

 

3x30 sec Swings
3x7 Halos per side

 

3x5 Single Leg Deadlifts per side
3x8 Snatches per side
3x10 Push Press

 

3x6-8 Tactical Lunges per side
3x10 Seated Bicep Curls
3x12 Bench Dips

 

3x20 sec Up Chucks
