Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

3x20 sec Bodyweight Overhead Squats
3x20 Push Ups

 

3x30 sec Jogging
3x20 Swings
3x10 Around the World per side

 

3x5 Back Lunges with rotation per side
3x10 Bench Dips

 

3x20 sec Russian Twist
3x20 sec Pullover Crunches
