Paleo nutrition is a hot topic these days. Maybe you call it ancestral health or Primal eating, but it is all related and can be highly confusing. To help people sort out the Paleo lifestyle, Sean Croxton, founder of Underground Wellness has organized a truly unique online event.

From February 26th to March 4th Sean will be hosting a completely free online event called the Paleo Summit. Over the course of the eight days there will be 23 presentations. Experts run the gamut from nutrition, to fitness, to neuroscience, to naturopathic medicine.

For people just beginning to explore the Paleo lifestyle this summit is an excellent opportunity to hear from experts without the expense of traveling to a live event. Explains founder Sean Croxton:

As far as online Paleo/Ancestral health conferences are concerned, the Paleo Summit is the first of its kind. There are a couple of live conferences coming up like Paleo FX and the Ancestral Health Symposium. These are great for the big Paleo proponents. Yet, those who are on the fence or just getting to know about Paleo will likely not travel to attend these live events. The Paleo Summit gives these folks a chance to learn - at home - for FREE. Hopefully, next year the live events will be HUGE because so many people were able to learn more about Paleo risk-free by way of the summit.

What can be learned at the Summit:

  • How to implement the Paleo diet.
  • What to eat and what not to eat.
  • How to make Paleo fun for kids.
  • How to know the claims about Paleo are legit.
  • And much, much more.

According to Croxton already 10,000 people have registered for the event. He is estimating as many as 30,000 may partake in the summit altogether.

Each day of the summit there will be new presentation from 2-3 experts in the Paleo lifestyle. Their presentations will also be accompanied by Powerpoint-style slideshows. Croxton guarantees that even if viewers are not familiar with Paleo concepts these presentations will be clear and easy to understand.

Presenters include: Mark Sisson, Diane Sanfillipo. Sarah Fragoso, Erwan LeCorre, Nora Gedgaudas, Mat Lalonde, Reed Davis, Paul Chek, and more.
