Kettlebell Workout - Day 1

2x30sec Elbow/Hands Planks
2x25 Hand to Hand Swings

 

3x5 Single Leg Deadlift/Side

 

3x5 Double Squats
3x5 Double Military Press

 

3x5 Renegade Row/Side
3x10 Push Ups

 

4x30sec Single Arm Sit Up (2/Side)
