2x2 Turkish Get Ups per side
2x 30sec Swings
2x30sec Push Ups, jumping to the side

 

2x10 Sumo Squats
2x7 Clean and Press
2x2 Turkish Get Ups per side

 

2x30sec Planks w/kettlebell
