Kettlebell Workout - Day 2

 

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

2x45 seconds of Elbow Hand Plank

2x45 seconds Handstand kick ups to wall

 

3x8 Double Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift
3x3 Windmill per side
3x8 Front Squat

 

3x20 Swings
3x5 Military Press

 

3x3 Half Get Up per side
