Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

2x30sec Planks

 

5x1Turkish Get Ups per side
5x20 Swings

 

4x5 Goblet Squats
4x3 Presses per side
4x5 Burpees

 

3x10 V-ups
3x20sec Russian twist
