3x10 Around the World per side
3x5 Halos per side

 

4x6 In the Rack Squats per side
4x4 Military Press per side
4x5 Burpees

 

3x10 Renegade Row
3x20sec Mountain Climbers

 

3x30sec Russian Twist
3x20sec Pullover Sit Ups
