Eva T. is a 2X Olympian in Alpine Skiing (Albertville and Lillehammer) and a 12 year veteran of the U.S. Ski Team. She has won 6 National Championships, won a world Championship Bronze Medal, and is a World Technical Skiing Champion. She also became a Masters National Weightlifting Champion in 2007 and holds a national record for the clean and jerk and total.
Greg Everett literally wrote the book on Olympic weightlifting - when he was trying to learn the sport he couldn't find the resources he needed, so he created them himself. The intent of these three weeks is to balance building strength and correct postures.
Jeff Martone has been working with kettlebells since before they even existed in the United States. A lifelong athlete and military instructor, Jeff found kettlebells were the only successful tool in rehabbing his shoulder, knee, and back injuries.
