Week 2, Day 1

 

Five Rounds:

 

Double Kettlebell Military Press: 1x7 

Alternating Kettlebell Renegade Row: 1x7 each side 

Hanging Leg Raise: 1x8 (slow negatives) 

Double Kettlebell Swing: 1x9 (to chest level) 

Hindu Squat: 1x25 

 

30 second breaks in between each exercise and one minute breaks at the end of each round.
