Deadlift

60-70% of your 1 Rep Max

5 sets of 5

 

2.

Front Squat

70-80% of your 1 Rep Max

5 sets of 3

 

3.

Inverted Row - 3 sets of 8

Pull Ups - 3 sets of 8

Hyper Extensions - 3 sets of 10

Close-Grip Bench - 50% of your 1 Rep Max, 3 sets of 10
