Back Squat off boxes (1/4 squat height)

3 reps at 70%

3 reps at 85%

3 reps at 95%

3 reps at 105%

1 rep at 115%

Hang Power Cleans

2 sets of 2 reps at 60%

2 sets of 2 reps at 70%

2 reps at 75%

 

3.

Back Squat

1 minute rest between sets

60% of your 1 Rep Max

4 sets of 10
