In case you haven't had a chance to see, read, or do their work, we're giving you a little introduction. These are real coaches sharing real knowledge.
Andrew Read - Training for an Ironman and teaching kettlebells take his time these days, but in a previous life Andrew was also a competitive martial artists and a member of the special forces.
Becca Borawski - The managing editor of Breaking Muscle, Becca's adventures started in martial arts but run the gamut of fitness from there. Her biggest passion is educating aspiring coaches.
