THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY – OFF

Sore throat and fatigue kicking in pretty good. And then over the weekend I flew to Las Vegas to support my team members competing in WPC Worlds. Big shout out to EPC member Shawn Doyle who not only won his class but also took home the biggest total and Best Lifter of the multi-day event, out of 750 lifters.
