This week - three keys for staying safe as a beginner in CrossFit. As a coach I can say from observation of my students that ometimes the most dangerous thing out there is yourself. These three tips will help you navigate CrossFit successfully and safely.
- Use your thumbs when you grab the bar.
- Stay in the Universal Athletic Position.
- Keep your head on a swivel in the room.
