This week - three keys for staying safe as a beginner in CrossFit. As a coach I can say from observation of my students that ometimes the most dangerous thing out there is yourself. These three tips will help you navigate CrossFit successfully and safely.

 

  1. Use your thumbs when you grab the bar.
  2. Stay in the Universal Athletic Position.
  3. Keep your head on a swivel in the room.
