The foot jab, or teep, is a fundamental movement in Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing). Here is a quick breakdown of the technique. This kick can also be used as a great way to warm yourself up or even as part of a workout. If your training is getting a bit stale, throw a couple of these kicks in either with a partner or just into the air. Have fun!
