Downward Dog at the Wall - Releasing Neck Tension

Many of us struggle with tension in our necks and jaws. We get tense during our workday and sometimes in yoga, too. Today we will look at a pose called Downward Dog at the Wall. We will go over how to get in and out of the pose without straining our necks, and we will practice releasing neck tension so we can carry that practice through our day.
