Today's video is a Forrest yoga exclusive abdominal movement called the inchworm. This is a great core exercise based off the plank position. You can modify it up or down, depending on your fitness level.

 

Needed for this exercise:

  • Slick floor or surface
  • Sock or towel so foot can slide

 

Modifications/Variations:

  • Plank position with knees down, knees on towel
  • Plank position with knees extended, feet on towel
  • Work as perched Crow - one foot on floor
