Forrest Yoga Ab Exercise: The Inchworm
Today's video is a Forrest yoga exclusive abdominal movement called the inchworm. This is a great core exercise based off the plank position. You can modify it up or down, depending on your fitness level.
Needed for this exercise:
- Slick floor or surface
- Sock or towel so foot can slide
- Plank position with knees down, knees on towel
- Plank position with knees extended, feet on towel
- Work as perched Crow - one foot on floor
