In the first video of this series we look at moving our training paradigm towards one of performance, rather than one for better looks. This will greatly enhance goal setting and increase your opportunities for success.

 

In order to make this disctinction I'm going to delve into some basic physiology of the muscle, so that you have a better understanding for future videos. I will touch on nutrition and the importance of providing energy to your body, as well as the physiological importance of mobility and flexibility when it comes to achieving your full potential.
