In this video, Ben demonstrates how you can make a homemade ab wheel or ab roller for core strengthening. All you need is a short length of PVC tubing and an single Olympic-size weight plate. Slip the pipe through the center opening of the weight plate and you are good to go!
 
Ben also displays some basic (but brutal) exercises with this simple piece of kit. Many of you will be familiar with kneeling and standing roll-outs, but have you tried using an ab roller for quadrupedal movement on the floor?
