This week I'm going to talk with you about the chest-to-bar pull up. But before we get started, I'm going to first demonstrate the very thing you should be doing first before your training - mobilization! I'll share an effective (and oh so fun) drill for working on your thoracic spine and shoulder mobility. I'll also demonstrate good body position and show you how to to focus on good movement and posture while executing the chest-to-bar pull up itself.
