Welcome to our new video series, Virtuosity, featuring gymnastics expert Coach Dusty Hyland. Virtuosity, in gymnastics, means going above and beyond - exceptional movement, performance, and position. This week the focus is the transition. The transition is where most people struggle in the muscle up. This video will show you how to properly execute the transition as well as drills you can use to build and strengthen this technique.
