Welcome to season two of Virtuosity, featuring gymnastics expert Coach Dusty Hyland. Virtuosity, in gymnastics, means going above and beyond - exceptional movement, performance, and position.

 

Season two is all about handstands and handstand walking. This week Dusty covers the gymnastic lunge position and the teeter-totter drill. Getting these two elements down correctly is the first step in a proper handstand. From there Dusty outlines how to do a handstand against the wall - both facing toward and away from the wall. And in the end, it all comes down to balance.
