Welcome to season two of Virtuosity, featuring gymnastics expert Coach Dusty Hyland. Virtuosity, in gymnastics, means going above and beyond - exceptional movement, performance, and position.

 

Season two is all about handstands and handstand walking. This week the focus is two different drills that will help you develop movement in your handstand, as you need to be able to move to do handstand walking. The first drill is the "shrug" and the second is the "shift."
