The bodyweight workout cycle is scheduled three days per week. These workouts require only the space a yoga mat. Every third workouts is designed to use a pull up bar and box or bench. Please warm up the body with joint mobility or primal move exercises to prepare for your workout. Yoga can provide an excellent cross training workout for this programming.
In doing the Bodyweight workouts you will build swimming proficiency and aerobic fitness, as well as building strength and muscle endurance. These workouts are great for athletes looking to become stronger swimmers or just to spice up their cross-training routine.
