3x20 Swings
3x20 Halos
3x10 Goblet Squats
3x5 Military Press
3x10 Jump Squats
3x5 Back Lunges with rotation per side
3x20sec Elbow Hands Planks
4x25sec V Ups
4x25sec Bicycles
Stretch
