We love watching feats of athleticism. Sometime these feats look like people taking breathtaking leaps of faith. Other times they look like dance, or even art. But on some occasions, these feats take the form of the simple things done with strength, speed, and a touch of style.


This video definitely falls into the last category. Watch Kansas City Chiefs player De'Anthony Thomas run, jump, throw, and catch with the best of them. At the 2014 NFL Combine, Thomas ran an official 4.50 forty-yard dash time, had eight repetitions on the bench press, a 32" vertical jump, and a 124" broad jump.

  • Three-cone drill
  • Sixty-yard shuttle
  • Position-specific drills
  • Interviews - each team is allowed sixty interviews in fifteen-minute intervals
  • Physical measurements

  • The Wonderlic test


Quite a barrage of evaluation points. You need to be incredibly fit and fast to ace them all. We think you'd be hard pressed to find athletes this powerful and athletic in many other sports. Would you agree?
