In this video I show you how to perform self-applied acupressure. You can provide relief for yourself by using lacrosse balls and tennis balls in a similar method to foam rolling. You can use this technique to relieve tension in your neck, back, shoulders, and hips. It's easy. All you need is two tennis balls and a sock!
