EDITOR'S NOTE: Every Sunday we will be featuring a new bodyweight exercise video from physical therapist Ben Musholt, author of the Mad Skills Exercise Encyclopedia. Ben has a diverse movement background, spanning board sports, martial arts, parkour, and gymnastics. Get watching and get moving!

In this video, Ben shares some beginner agility and balance drills for parkour, using homemade precision trainers. Precision trainers are a great tool to help with rail skills, and they don't cost much to make either. You’ll learn how to use them for walks, crawls, jumps, and more.

These drills are both useful and fun, and not just for parkour. Build some precision trainers yourself (or ask a helpful friend) and get practicing!
