Ingredients:

  • 1 serving hemp protein (usually 2-4 Tbsp.)
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon flax seeds

 

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a blender, add up to one cup of ice (if desired), blend, and enjoy!

 

Tropical Paradise

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tofu
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple

Peanut Butter Rapture
