3x10 bodyweight lunges per side
3x10 diamond kettlebell push ups


5x5 double kettlebell deadlifts
5x3 double military press L/R


6-9-12 burpees
6-9-12 jump lunges
6-9-12 jump squats


4x25 sec pullover crunches
