Pullups – Neutral Grip

I ran into the gym before catching a flight out of town. Was thinking of taking a deload this week and my workout told me to do just that, so I kept it light.

Had to travel a few days this week so missed training but ran in on my lunch break Thursday.
Squat to 14.5” foam
