Athlete Journal, Entry 45 - Knowing When to Stop
My left shoulder was aching so I did some light work to stimulate blood flow and then called it a day.
I got out of work late and was running late to the gym.
Safety Squat Bar Box Squats to 14” box
No belt or wraps
475+100x1 - I was planning on five but during the second rep I felt a pop in my right leg so I sat on the box. I didn't feel pain but decided to take it easy and not do much else.
Glute Ham Raise
Bodyweight x 100 reps total
Deadlifts from 2” Deficit
675+100x0 - The quad sent me some pain signals on this one. Nothing bad but decided to back it down. After that I didn’t do much else.
