Joint mobility

 

2x30sec Squats without KTB
2x10 Push Ups

Breaking Muscle Shop

 

3x10 One Hand Swing per side

 

3x10 Front Squat
3x30 Swing

 

3x5 Sitting Military Press per side

 

3x8 Single Arm Row

 

3x20sec Hot Potato
