Kettlebell Workout - Day 1



Joint mobility/Primal Move


2x20 Jumping Jacks
2x10 Push Ups


4x5 Squats and Curls
4x8 Crunches


3x5 Sitting Military Press per side
3x5 Pullover Sit Ups
3x20 sec Hip Bridges w/kettlebell on the belly
3x5 Stationary Lunges per side
3x10 High Pulls


3x30 sec Hot Potato
3x30 sec Bicycles
