Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

Breaking Muscle Shop

2x20 Jumping Jacks
2x10 Push Ups

 

4x5 Squats and Curls
4x8 Crunches

 

3x5 Sitting Military Press per side
3x5 Pullover Sit Ups
3x20 sec Hip Bridges w/kettlebell on the belly
3x5 Stationary Lunges per side
3x10 High Pulls

 

3x30 sec Hot Potato
3x30 sec Bicycles
