Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

Breaking Muscle Shop

2x6 Frog Squats
2x6 Cross Body Push Ups
2x6 Burpees

 

3x8 Goblet Squats
3x5 Renegade Row per side
3x8 Burpees

 

3x6 Bridge Press
3x6 Single Leg Deadlift
3x6 Snatches per side

 

3x20 sec Pikes  on the stability ball or TRX
